Hey, I'm Corbin.
I'm a data nerd and dog dad based in the Pacific Northwest. I currently manage a Data Science team at Splice, focused on product analytics, search algorithms, and recommendation systems.
Outside of work, I produce music, adventure outdoors with my dog, Oatie, and am currently building a hard-sided pop-up camper in the style of the Hiatus truck camper.
Experience
Splice — Senior Manager, Data Science
Built and led the product analytics and data science function, scaling the team from 3 to 10+. Designed Splice's experimentation platform processing hundreds of A/B tests, developed real-time dashboards for executive decision-making, and drove cross-functional initiatives across the creator music platform.
Textio — Data Scientist
Built analytics infrastructure and predictive models for Textio's augmented-writing platform. Developed NLP-driven product features, designed customer health scoring systems, and partnered with engineering to embed machine learning into the core product experience.
LiveStories — Data Scientist
Second data hire at a civic-data startup. Built data pipelines to ingest and normalize public datasets, developed statistical models for community benchmarking, and created automated reporting tools for government clients.
Paint Nite — Data Analyst
Built reporting and analytics for this experiential events marketplace. Developed forecasting models for event demand and automated marketing attribution pipelines.
